Radioactive cargo

Please be advised of the ICAO and RF State Authorities Requirements at the Sheremetyevo Airport as follows:  

Before accepting the radioactive cargo for a carriage by air one of the participants of the carriage process (products producers, airlines, forwarders, agents, brokers, shippers and consignees), beforehand at least four (4) working days  before shipping cargoes, must send the following information by SITA: SVOFF7X, SVOIC7X, or by fax: +7 (495) 258-66-10, or by e-mail: sk@icedgr.ru, dak@icedgr.ru: 

• The information about a consignee and a contact telephone of the person responsible for competent authority documents for import ;
• The information about a shipper;
• An AWB number, a nature of cargo, a number of pieces and weight (it’s preferable to enclose a scan of the AWB is preferable).

Coordination of the carriage can be made using the Information System of Pre-coordination of Dangerous Goods Carriage.

For the access to the System an authorization/registration is necessary under the reference:

    At the first address to the System it is necessary to sign up. All the fields, except for “Notes”, must be filled in. A confirmation (containing a password) or refusal in registration will be sent by the System at the e-mail address indicated at signing up.

The registered user shall inter the login and password.

The application is a special form, which is filled in by the person concerned. The data necessary for taking a decision about unloading of Dangerous (radioactive) Goods from the aircraft board at the Sheremetyevo Airport shall be specified in this application form.

It’s possible to change the existing applications, make new ones, send applications for coordination, put in necessary documents (scans) and look through applications’ status. All the functions are implemented with the help of the interface understand intuitively. 

In case the above requirements are not be fulfilled the Sheremetyevo Customs will prohibit to unload cargoes from the aircraft.
