We would like to inform you that according to Air China information, the consignee needs to provide contract with certified Harbin organizations to test and disinfection of shipment against COVID-19. And he need to ensure the test and disinfection of cargo after arrival and before storage in warehouse also. It is a mandatory point for booking and dispatching of shipment to Harbin from December 14, 2021. Otherwise, Harbin airport will not accept and handle of the shipment.
The mentioned documents should been concluded in advance of transportation.
According to the requirement we kindly ask you to provide a copy of the contract to our cargo booking department with the request for reservation of shipment to Harbin.
Unfortunately, the airline will not accept shipment for dispatch to Harbin without these documents.
