About cancelation of the Customs Order No.307 (dated 11 July 2022)
According to the performance of the obligations of a legal entity as owner of temporary storage warehouses due to the paragraph 5 of Article 414 of the Customs Code of Eurasian Economic Union to enable of Customs control and compliance of Sheremetyevo-Cargo with the requirements for facilities, equipment and location of a temporary storage warehouse (fixed at Article 357 of Federal Law No 289-FZ of 03 August 2018 "About customs regulation in Russian Federation and about amendments to some legislative acts of Russian Federation"), I give the order:
1. Cancel of the Customs Order No.307 (dated 11 July 2022) «About exclusion of “Sheremetyevo-Cargo” JSC from the register of owners of temporary storage warehouses» .
2. Control of the execution of the order shall be entrusted to Surkov I.V., First Deputy Head of Customs Service.
