2019 has once again shown the correctness of our strategy with the use of innovative technologies and modern methods of work to achieve high quality services. The positive dynamics of cargo volume is clearly confirms this.
The total growth of cargo turnover is more than 4%. Growth was observed in all directions: on domestic and international flights, on arrival and departure, on passenger flights and freighters. Growth on domestic air lines is more than 25 %.
Our advantages - quality services, skilled staff, modern equipment, high technology solutions, unique system control and management, a wide range of services and online services for clients - allowed us to meet the high requirements of the airlines, forwarders and customers.
New partners of «Sheremetyevo-Сargo» are Lufthansa Cargo, Brussels Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Atran Airlines and Japan Airlines, which during the tenders evaluated the consistently high level of service and reliability of work with our company.
2019 gave us the opportunity to handle our partner Vietnam Airlines’s Airbus A350-900 airliner that arrived at Sheremetyevo airport for the first time.
The number of users of on-line services has exceeded one thousand and in the coming year, our goal is still to improve the efficiency and convenience of working with us for the clients. In the coming year, the procedure of remote formalities will be fully implemented upon delivery of cargo, which will allow the transition to electronic documents without any paper-work.
Our participation in aircraft handling at other airports has already become a part of our business, and in the future we plan to expand this type of service.
The new 2020 year is coming soon. We believe that it will bring us all new successes, and together we will reach new heights.
