Live animals
"Sheremetyevo-Cargo" offers all necessary services for handling live animals. Our partners are zoos, circuses, dolphinariums, suppliers of exotic birds, poultry farms, agro-complexes, fur farms. Handling of live animals is executed on a priority basis. Necessary temperature conditions are provided. All requirements of IATA Live Animals Regulations and Russian legislation are met. Customer wishes are followed. For transporting live animals along the ramp we use specialized vehicles with the ability to provide the required temperature conditions and thermo-dollies. Handling of big quantities of animals is performed in accordance with the plan agreed with shipper.

Procedure
Please note that live animals must arrive with original documents - vet cetrificates, invoices etc. Documents must be attached to air waybill. Arrival of big shipments to SVO airport must be agreed with Rosselhoznadzor authority;
Receive cargo documents and personal pass to "Sheremetyevo-Cargo".
Release of the documents performed in "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" checkpoint building.

Make booking with airline's agent.
"Sheremetyevo-Cargo" itself can't sale transportation for live animals.
Fill in the documents for cargo.
- Save and prin booking request / security declaration.
- Fill it in.
- Scan it and send to booking@shercargo.ru or present original paper document to booking department.
Apply to vet control authority.

Go through pre-flight cargo screening and deliver cargo to the warehouse.
