Contract conclusion
"Sheremetyevo-Cargo" collects payments for rendered services on the basis of air waybills and does not conclude individual contract in writing. We do not need to conclude contact due to specific business of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" as an air transport company which provides standard services to a big number of clients.
After paying for our services a client shall receive the following:
- invoice;
- the VAT-invoice;
- act of acceptance of services.
In complience with Articles 434, 438 of the Russian Civil Code the above documents are enough for accounts and proving contractual relations.
Individual contracts may be concluded if it is justified by the following:
- big volume of cargo transported through "Sheremetyevo-Cargo";
- special / non-standard handling procedure applied to your cargo.
