Procedure
Name and address in air waybill "consignee" box must match name and address in your passport.
Receive cargo documents and personal pass to "Sheremetyevo-Cargo".
Release of the documents performed in "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" checkpoint building.
You will need the following:
- Civil passport
Complete customs clearance.
Pay for "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" services.
1 floor of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" main building, clients hall.
You will need the following:
- Civil passport
- Air waybill
Request you cargo from the warehouse.

Procedure
Russian citizen will need to present Russian passport. Citizen of other state - Foreign state passport and registration on the territory of Russia (name and address in air waybill «shipper» box must match name and address in Russian passport, for foreigner – with address from registration on the territory of Russia).
Make booking.
The transportation can be booked from airline, sales agent of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" booking department.
Fill in the documents for cargo.
- Save and print security declaration / booking request.
- Fill it in.
- Scan it and send to booking@shercargo.ru or present original paper document to booking department.
- For cargo destinated to china it is necessary to fill in Import Transfer Cargo Declaration Information Form.
Go through dangerous / non-dangerous cargo expertise.
Checkpoint building of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo". Expertise performed by "Inter Cargo-Expertise".
You will need the following:
- Technical documentation for your cargo
- Civil passport
- Booking request / security declaration
Complete customs clearance.
Customs clearance can be made before or after delivery of cargo to the warehouse.
Go through pre-flight cargo screening and deliver cargo to the warehouse.
You will need the following:
- Air waybill
- Civil passport
- Booking request / security declaration
Pay for services of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" and submit transportation documents.
