- Civil passport
- Customs declaration copy with release detailssubmitted upon request
Procedure
Please note that live animals must arrive with original documents - vet cetrificates, invoices etc. Documents must be attached to air waybill.
Receive cargo documents and personal pass to "Sheremetyevo-Cargo".
Release of the documents performed in "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" checkpoint building.
You will need the following:
- Civil passport
Apply to vet control authority.
Vet control: 2nd floor, «Sheremetyevo-Cargo», office № 265, tel. +7 (495) 967-11-75
Complete customs clearance.
Pay for "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" services.
1 floor of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" main building, clients hall.
You will need the following:

Request you cargo from the warehouse.

- Civil passport
Procedure
To ship pets you need original vet documents, issued on the territory of customs union allowing to ship pets.
Make booking with airline's agent.
"Sheremetyevo-Cargo" itself can't sell transportation for live animals.
Fill in the documents for cargo.
- Save and print booking request / security declaration.
- Fill it in.
- Scan it and send to booking@shercargo.ru or present original paper document to booking department.
Apply to vet control authority.

Go through pre-flight cargo screening and deliver cargo to the warehouse.
