Perishable cargo
"Sheremetyevo-Cargo" has a great experience in handling of perishable cargo. Our aim is to ensure the necessary temperature conditions. For transporting perishable goods along the ramp we use specialized vehicles with the ability to provide the required temperature conditions (from -25°С to +25°С), able to deliver ULDs and bulk cargo. We also have thermo-dollies and thermo-covers. The warehouse is equipped with modern coolers and freezers with useful volume 2700 m3, providing temperature conditions from -25°C to +25°C. We have 34 separate areas for keeping different kinds of goods separately.

Procedure
Receive cargo documents and personal pass to "Sheremetyevo-Cargo".
Release of the documents performed in "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" checkpoint building.
You will need the following:
- Civil passport
- Power of attorney
Apply to phito and vet authorities for special cargo.

Procedure
Make booking.
The transportation can be booked from airline, sales agent of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" booking department.
Fill in the documents for cargo.
- Save and print security declaration / booking request.
- Fill it in.
- Scan it and send to booking@shercargo.ru or present original paper document to booking department.
- For cargo destinated to china it is necessary to fill in Import Transfer Cargo Declaration Information Form.
Go through dangerous / non-dangerous cargo expertise.
Checkpoint building of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo". Expertise performed by "Inter Cargo-Expertise".
You will need the following:
- Technical documentation for your cargo
- Civil passport
- Booking request / security declaration
Apply to phito and vet authorities for special cargo.

Customs clearance can be made before or after delivery of cargo to the warehouse.
Go through pre-flight cargo screening and deliver cargo to the warehouse.

Pay for services of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" and submit transportation documents.
