Procedure
All oginal documents for cargo must be attached to air waybill. If the original accompanying documents are with the accompanying person, a corresponding record must be made in the “Handling Information” column of the air waybill – in such case, the air waybill must be attached with copies of the documents.
Receive cargo documents and personal pass to "Sheremetyevo-Cargo".
Release of the documents performed in "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" checkpoint building.
You will need the following:
- Civil passport
Apply to sanitary control authority.
Sanitary control airport Sheremetyevo-2, terminal F, 1st floor, left side of the hall, near medical post, tel.

Complete customs clearance.
Pay for "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" services.

Request you cargo from the warehouse.

Procedure
Make booking with airline's agent.
"Sheremetyevo-Cargo" itself can't sell transportation for live animals.
Fill in the documents for cargo.
- Save and print booking request / security declaration.
- Fill it in.
- Scan it and send to booking@shercargo.ru or present original paper document to booking department.
Apply to sanitary control authority.

Go through pre-flight cargo screening and deliver cargo to the warehouse.
